HOW IT ALL BEGAN...
My life is a cosmic unfolding of beauty through contrast and my experience of the corporate world was no exception. I distinctly remember the day that changed everything. After a morning marathon of meetings, I found myself back in my office, shell-shocked, and gazing around the room. “How do people DO this?” fell from my mouth.
I knew in my heart of hearts what fuelled my best work, and THIS wasn’t that.
I knew the power of connecting the dots between what I was doing and the bigger picture.
I knew that the felt sense that what I brought to the table was valued, was energizing and self renewing.
It seems pretty basic.
And yet it wasn’t there.
The stark reality is that many organizations do not cultivate environments in which people thrive.
And it was this realization that sparked something deep within me…
ENTER COACHING.
The messy middle...
In the same way you can’t erase an image from your mind, I couldn’t un-see this realization. Incongruences were everywhere.
But — instead of ignoring them and pushing through — I did something radical…
I embarked on a journey led me to a series of life-changing conversations which affirmed two important truths… I wasn’t alone in my experience and I had so much more power than I could see at the time.
As I was learning, implementing, and creating powerful shifts, I started having my own conversations.
It wasn’t long before 5 conversations turned into 10, and 10 turned into hundreds.
Sharing my discoveries was helping people and it felt like starlight to my bones.
A beautiful thing happens when you’re in conversation with someone who truly understands AND holds your highest interests at heart; There’s space to breathe, to explore and understand, and ultimately a sense of direction emerges.
I feel so unbelievably grateful to be able to support professionals, leaders, and field experts who have been pushed to the brink of exhaustion and want to break free from the grind once and for all.

GUT CHECK: I HAVE CREDENTIALS, TOO
While I trust my intuition immensely, experience, education, and accreditation are important. It’s why I’ll never stop being a student, learning, expanding, and mastering my craft.
I graduated with a degree in commerce and my logical, analytical left brain side naturally drew into the world of finance.
I spent 22 years at various levels of leadership in retail, healthcare, and manufacturing companies. (So when I say I understand the challenges, I mean it.)
I certified as a Life Coach with The Life Coach School – specializing in mindset and then partnered it with the strategy of Adv. Leadership Coaching.
I embarked on a multi-year personal & professional growth journey that allowed me to step fully into my true essence and my gifts.
I started my private practice in 2019 and I have helped over a hundred (and counting) leaders across North America and beyond, reduce their stress load, reclaim their gifts, enjoy their work again, and create success on their terms.
Also, I'm an open book.
I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been thanked for my honesty and openness.
I wholeheartedly believe in the power of authenticity. Every one of us has unique gifts the world needs – now more than ever.
I’ve learned a lot of things the hard way.
I’ve made mistakes.
